Project Management
From initial estimating and planning to final site clean up, customer service is a top priority for us. Our crew is courteous, careful, and works with a positive "can-do" attitude. We operate with a low-overhead business model, keeping our preferred subcontractors on call as needed. Craig Hunt, our founder and president, is on-site daily overseeing the teams to ensure our high-quality work is done on schedule and budget.
Construction
We have extensive experience in historical renovations, residential remodels, and property upgrades. We have a proven track record supported by excellent references from all of our projects. In addition, we have gained the respect of many inspectors and city planners in the Bay Area.
Design
Craig Hunt is available to help clients with design decisions through out the construction process. Whether it's reviewing initial plans with homeowners, or touring showrooms. Craig uses his extensive experience to present feasible design solutions. When additional architectural services are required, C.R. Hunt Building has relationships with highly qualified architects.
BIOGRAPHY
Craig Hunt, President of C.R. Hunt Building & Design, Inc., comes from a family of architects, carpenters and builders. He started managing a building crew at age 19 to remodel a castle used as a Bed and Breakfast in South Africa. For the next 11 years, he worked as a project manager and carpenter in commercial and residential construction and design until starting his own Bay Area company in 1999.
